If you want your ticket to be delivered to your address, you are required to purchase your ticket at least 48 hours before the travel date and state it during your purchase.
Your ticket is going to be delivered to you by cargo, therefore you should write the delivery address of your ticket correctly. Cargo fee is going to be paid by you.
Please remember there is an e-ticket application for the plane tickets and you do not require to hold a document in your hand for the flights. Moreover, you can receive the document regarding your intercity bus ticket, before the beginning of travel, from the station office of the related transportation office.
